Business Unit: Job Summary:Responsible for the management and tracking of Xfinity Retail portfolio of programs & initiatives within the Sales & Marketing organization. Manages program and project roadmap for full visibility to all initiatives with focus on resource allocation, capacity planning, identifying collisions, dependencies, and risks to facilitate portfolio governance and ensure all projects consistently align to business objectives. Liaises closely with Retail Domains (i.e. Real Estate, Merchandizing, Tools, Operations, Indirect, and Branded Partners) and other teams (i.e. NSO Communications, Support, Reporting, Comcast University) to ensure alignment on goals and prioritization.Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines. Builds and coordinates project teams ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle. Ensures project objectives are accomplished by owners and delivered on time. Reviews planned activities and evaluates against project objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development.Employees at all levels are expected to:- Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job- Own the customer experience-think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services- Know your stuff-be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences- Win as a team-make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas- Be an active part of the Net Promoter System-a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company-by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers- Drive results and growth- Respect and promote inclusion and diversity- Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communitiesCore Responsibilities:- Accountable for building and maintaining the Xfinity Retail Sales portfolio roadmap across channel Domains including Real Estate, Merchandizing, Tools, Operations, Indirect, and Branded Partners which aligns business goals and objectives with regular status summaries across supported portfolio of projects.- Provide key stakeholders with regular visibility of portfolio performance, as well as early identification/intervention of portfolio level issues, dependencies, impacts, scope creep that does not align with the vision of the program and risks across all projects.- Drive and facilitate processes to ensure strategic alignment and value of projects, and resolve competing project priorities and resources across Retail Domains.- Support governance process to facilitate prioritization of programs to align to business objectives.- Optimize efficiencies by aligning similar initiatives including identify opportunities to use resources across projects and work streams for more efficiency and sustainability.- Work closely with NSO Deployment and tool owners to improve the portfolio and project management processes, including maintaining the project sizing criteria and prioritization.- Incorporate portfolio roadmap into project review discussions to provide visibility into the overarching plan so impacts can be considered when making decisions on individual project.- Identify/provide feedback and/or coaching, as appropriate, on quality of project management for portfolio initiatives managed by sales channel and deployment team to ensure quality and timely delivery of initiatives.- Attend key meetings to obtain cross-functional stakeholder buy-in, timeline progression updates, implementation activities, items at risks, and next step activities.- Ensure retail product, sales channel, and sales operations define entrance & success criteria for initiatives across all domain projects.- Coordinate post launch analysis readout to executive stakeholders to review acceptance of requirements, project successes, and identify opportunities for enhancements.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Job Specification:- Generally requires 6-9 years related experience- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent- Expertise in Technical project management including project planning and estimating, change control, and status reporting- Knowledge of the product lifecycle including design, development, testing, and implementation- Ability to work autonomously, solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment- Strong leadership skills- Superior interpersonal and conflict resolution skills- Ability to negotiate and build consensus with various stakeholder groups included senior executives- Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications- Advanced proficiency in MS Office this will be an essential tool for accomplishing many tasks and deliverables- Administrator Certification or experience is a plus- Experience in Agile Execution Methodology is a plusComcast is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer Associated topics: assistant manager, assistant store manager, department supervisor, lead, major gifts officer, manager, retail store manager, store manager, retail management, team lead
