As a Roadway Programs Coordinator, you will develop and monitor the Annual Work Plan including program/project budgets, inventory acquisition and replenishment, and all aspects of contract management. You will review and analyze work output, manpower hours, equipment and materials usage, and planned to completed work. You will also recommend budget adjustments, serve as the coordinator/liaison to local 911 and Emergency Management groups, oversee payroll and time activities, and the accident damage reimbursement process. This work includes a high level of involvement and contact with the public, legislators, and/or local and state agencies. This work is paramount to the safety of the motoring public.   • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements - One year of experience as a Roadway Programs Specialist or Roadway Program Technician Supervisor; OR three years of experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of methods and techniques used in a roadway maintenance management system; and an associate's degree in a field of business administration, computer science, highway engineering technology, or closely related program; OR one year of experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of methods and techniques used in a roadway maintenance management system; and a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or civil engineering related discipline; OR an equivalent combination of experience and training
