Description The RN physician practice supervisor assists the practice manager with the daily supervision and coordination of clinical services provided to the patients in the physician practice. She is responsible for managing staffing, maintaining the environment of care and the general day to day operations of the practice. In addition she is responsible for functioning as a member of the staff within her area of knowledge and expertise. + Completion of post-secondary course work in related field + Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania + Current CPR (BLS) + 2-3 years progressively more responsible experience relative to physician practice operations demonstrating knowledge and expertise in leadership capacity.
