8:00a - 4:30p JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all electronic medical record tasks in a cutting edge Health Information Services department including Release of Information, Disability Forms, reconciliation of dictation/transcription and deficiency management under the direction of the HIS Supervisor and Manager for all electronic medical record tasks. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent with 2 - 3 years related experience in a healthcare setting required.
Excellent English reading comprehension, math, organization, and communication skills required.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team is required.
Medical records experience preferred.
Strong computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products preferred.
